Lil Baby Avoids Questions About His Partying in Las Vegas Prior To Festival Slot Cancellation

According to hiphopdx.com, Lil Baby has made it very clear that he doesn’t intend on talking about the controversy around his canceled set at BreakOut Festival last weekend. After news broke to fans that he wouldn’t be performing at the PNE Amphitheatre on Sunday, September 18th, due to him feeling sick, videos then surfaced of Lil Baby partying in Las Vegas the night before his scheduled performance in Vancouver. On September 20th, TMZ attempted to get words out of the rap star while he was out shopping in Beverly Hills, However, the reporter was unable to get any answer as Lil Baby ignored the questions.

Lil Baby’s silence on the issue comes after he posted an apology to his fans for his canceled set at the festival. Claiming that he was tired from traveling on the road and performing. He stated, β€œI would like to start off by saying I truly apologize Vancouver Canada, the Breakout Festival and to everyone who was in attendance! I have been going so hard these past few months without any breaks that it finally caught up with me and my body completely shut down. I owe you guys big time and will for sure make up for it soon.”

A group of fans at the festival rioted when the news broke that Lil Baby would not be performing, footage of teens on a rampage have surfaced online. The videos show them stealing alcohol and destroying things, including merch booths, trash bins, beverage stands and more. A source told CityNews that, β€œIt was a giant fight between a bunch of people probably in their late teens, There were more than 15 cop cars there, ambulance, fire trucks, a bunch of people bleeding all around, police with rifles.” Despite the unruly fans, Lil Baby’s story might have been bought if he had not been seen with Travis Scott, DJ Drama, world champion boxer Canelo Alvarez and others inside Zouk Nightclub.
