According to the victims of Deshaun Watson’s attorney, the Houston Texans will soon be added to the Deshaun Watson lawsuit. The new lawsuit will argue that Watson’s former team the Houston Texans were aware of or should have been aware of his sexual misconduct during massages. According to the attorney because of this his team should be liable for what allegedly occurred in this case. While Watson has denied wrongdoing, he is now facing 24 lawsuits from women who have accused him of unwanted touching and exposing himself during these massages with these women. The amended lawsuit has not yet been submitted to the courts, however, it is expected to in the near future. His former NFL team being involved likely means the stakes will be a lot higher when it comes down to the final settlement. Especially since it is rumored that the Texans actually supplied Watson with non-disclosure agreements for his massages.
