Cowboys 6-1, Astros Hang On For The World Series

Sunday provided all the action football fans desired, leading up to a dramatic showdown between the Dallas Cowboys and the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football. Dallas improves to 6-1 after their defeat of the Vikings 20-16. The Sunday night game was highlighted by good defensive play while Cowboys’ wide receiver Amari Cooper has eight catches for 122 yards and the game-winning touchdown in the 4th quarter. Minnesota falls to 3-4.

In baseball news, the World Series is going back to Houston for Game 6. The Houston Astros managed to stay alive after being down 3-1 in the series against the Atlanta Braves. The Astros defeated the Braves on Sunday night, now being down only one game to the Braves, 3-2. Tuesday, Game 6 of the World Series will commence with Max Fried starting for the Braves and Luis Garcia for the Astros.
