A little while back, we reported that Chris Brown was under suspicion when it came to assaulting a female in Vegas. Reports were out that he had punched her in the face, but it doesn’t look like there was any evidence to prove this event actually happened.
The police have decided not to file charges against Brown because of the lack of evidence and also because the accuser, Liziane Gutierrez, has had issues in the past with wild accusations. If you remember, Liziane was the one who accused Jason Derulo of wanting her to get nasty for admittance into his after-party.
