The results from this past weekend’s box office revenue is out and we finally see “The Revenant” at the top. They’ve had stiff competition in its first three weeks out, with “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” at the second spot and “Ride Along,” the Kevin Hart comedy, at the third spot. It’s nice to see Leonardo DiCaprio have more success, and it comes as no surprise with how great the movie truly is.
Leonardo DiCaprio’s new hit flick brought in $16 million with the latest Star Wars flick bringing in $14.2 million. “Ride Along” ended with $12.9 million.
In amazing fashion, Star Wars has totaled $879.2 million in North American box office sales.
