Starbucks has officially unveiled its 2026 fall menu — which means the countdown to pumpkin spice season is on.
As Yahoo! News reports, seasonal favorites, including the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte, along with new drinks like the Chaider, will be added to the menu starting on Aug. 25, the coffee chain announced. Starbucks is also expanding its lineup of pumpkin spice and banana-flavored drinks, while fan favorites, including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and the Iced Pecan Crunch Latte, are returning. Plus, an adorable new cakepop is making its debut in the bakery case.
Despite the PSL’s popularity, Starbucks chair and CEO Brian Niccol recently stated there are no plans for it to be sold year-round. “We’ve talked about this a couple times, and we come back to the conclusion that it’s really the defining drink of a season,” Niccol said. “And as of right now, we’ve got no plans to put it on permanently. But we will make the most out of people wanting to experience a great pumpkin spice latte season. And it’s not too far away.”

“Chaider” and Banana Bread flavors are among the New Items on the Fall Drink Menu
- Chaider: Starbucks’ new chai-meets-cider drink combines cinnamon, warm spices and apple cider-inspired flavors. Available hot or iced.
- Iced pumpkin cream shaken espresso
- Pumpkin spice chai
- Iced pumpkin cream matcha
- Iced banana bread latte: Combines banana, cinnamon and brown sugar flavors inspired by fresh banana bread. It will be available beyond the fall season.
- Iced banana bread chai: This will also be available on the menu beyond the fall season.
PSL and Pecan Return
- Pumpkin spice latte: Made with real pumpkin, the fan-favorite has been around for over 20 years.
- Pumpkin cream cold brew
- Iced pumpkin cream chai
- Pumpkin spice frappuccino blended beverage
- Pecan cortado: A signature combo of nutty flavors, buttery notes and baking spices.
- Iced pecan crunch latte
- Pecan crunch latte
A cute Hedgehog Cake Pop joins the Food Lineup
- Chicken bacon protein pocket: Whole-wheat lavash flatbread with chicken, bacon and creamy garlic-herb cheese spread.
- Hedgehog cake pop: Vanilla cake mixed with buttercream, dipped in chocolate icing and topped with chocolate sprinkles.
- Pumpkin cream cheese muffin: Returning to the menu is a spiced pumpkin muffin with a sweet cream cheese filling and topped with spiced pepitas.
New Starbucks merch for PSL Fans
The PSL Society Collection includes pumpkin-inspired drinkware and a signature hat celebrating Starbucks’ most famous fall drink.
