When We Were Young Festival 2025 Brings Back Panic! At the Disco

Get ready for another nostalgia-packed lineup at the 2025 When We Were Young (WWWY) festival in Las Vegas! After a successful 2024 edition, the festival organizers announced a stellar lineup for October 18, 2025, headlined by none other than Panic! At the Disco. The band’s reunion marks a special occasion, as they’ll be celebrating the 20th anniversary of their iconic 2005 debut album, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, performing it in full for the first time since their split in early 2023.

Here’s what to expect from the 2025 WWWY lineup:

Panic! At the Disco Reunion: Fans will get to experience A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out live, with performances of emo anthems like “I Write Sins Not Tragedies,” “The Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide is Press Coverage,” and “But It’s Better If You Do.” This milestone reunion is sure to be a highlight, reviving the dramatic, guyliner-filled spirit of 2000s emo rock.

A Packed Lineup of Emo and Pop-Punk Legends: The festival’s 2025 lineup reads like a Hot Topic mixtape, with acts like Weezer, Blink-182, Avril Lavigne, The Offspring, and The Used joining the bill. Expect powerhouse performances from bands spanning pop-punk, emo, and alt-rock, including All Time Low, Taking Back Sunday, Yellowcard, Jack’s Mannequin, and Bad Religion.

Supporting Emo and Alt-Rock Icons: The lineup includes more of the scene’s heavy hitters, like Knocked Loose, Alexisonfire, The Story So Far, The Gaslight Anthem, I Prevail, Ice Nine Kills, Motionless in White, Plain White T’s, Straylight Run, and many others. These acts will bring an impressive range of emo, punk, and hardcore sounds to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, giving fans a chance to relive or discover classic hits and newer favorites.

The 2025 edition follows this year’s sold-out WWWY fest, where fans gathered to see My Chemical Romance perform their defining album, The Black Parade. The event included a lineup of emo mainstays like New Found Glory, Coheed and Cambria, Saves the Day, and Pretty Girls Make Graves. With Panic! At the Disco’s reunion and a lineup stacked with genre-defining artists, next year’s festival promises to be another unforgettable celebration of emo’s heyday.
