Villanova Beats Michigan, Completes Your Brackets

March Madness and the fun that is completing those brackets every year is over. Villanova has won the very last game of the 2017-2018 season, beating Michigan by 17 points in a game that really wasn’t all that exciting, unfortunately.

Michigan was up early, leading by seven at one point, but it was a lack of offense by the Wolverines and a barrage of three-pointers that led to the Wildcats getting up big. Villanova was led by Donte DiVincenzo and his 31 points while Michigan’s Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman scored 23 points.

Villanova truly was the better team winning the first half by nine and the second half by eight. At the end of the night, the final score was Villanova 79, Michigan 62. While it wasn’t the most exciting of endings to a season, the tournament definitely didn’t disappoint.
