According to ratedrnb.com, Usher recently paired up with City Girls in order to release their new single “Good Love”, a party anthem perfect for the summer-time. The production includes a sample of Lathun’s 1997 “Freak It,” with some of Usher’s lyrics stating, “You say, yeah, you say that you that you want good love / And girl, I can give it to you / Wanna lay you down, make you fall in love / All the freaky things that I can do / I can freak it til’ the morning,” The track Good Love, also has a video along with it directed by Daps and recorded at Atlanta’s iconic Cascade Skating Rink. This is the second collaboration by Usher this year, following his appearance on Mary J. Blige’s “Need Love”, off of the album Good Morning Gorgeous. Its actually been an entire two years since Usher released music with him being the lead artist. Meanwhile, he is set to launch the second leg of his Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM on July 15th and finishing on October 29th.
