U2 Set to Release Three Reissues You’ll Want to Get

If you’re a U2 fan this will be wonderful news for you; the band and its labels are reissuing a few earlier LPs that will blow your mind. The 1985 Extended Play LP ‘Wide Awake in America,’ and the 9th and 10th albums from the band, the 1997 ‘Pop’ and 2000’s ‘All That You Can’t Leave Behind’ are also available in remastered and extra special deliveries.

‘Wide Awake in America’ contains two live performances of songs from the group’s 1984 album The Unforgettable Fire. Thus extended play was initially available only in the US and Japan, but eventually found its way to the UK. The 1997 ‘Pop’ LP contains the tunes “Please,” “If God Will Send His Angels,” and “Staring at the Sn,” while the “All That You Can’t Leave Behind” brought the world the hit singles “Beautiful Day,” “Walk On,” “Peace On Earth,” and “Wild Honey.” These reissues also include a 16-page booklet featuring lyrics and photos from the legendary Anton Corbijn
