The MTV Music Video Awards took place last night and the stars were out for this one. Everywhere you looked you saw a great performance, amazing outfit or funny speech. It was an award show you didn’t want to miss. One rock band that had itself a ball was Twenty One Pilots. They didn’t just get nominated for Best Rock. They won it!
The band’s “Heavydirtysoul” won this one over hits from Coldplay, Fall Out Boy, Green Day and Foo Fighters. What a big win for this two-some beating out songs like “A Head Full of Dreams,” “Run” and “Bang Bang.”
Congrats to everyone nominated at this year’s MTV VMAs and even bigger love for those who took home an award.
