Travis Scott, Live Nation Sued for Wrongful Death Following Concertgoer’s Miscarriage

Travis Scott and Live Nation are, once again, being sued by an Astroworld Festival attendee.

Shanazia Williamson has claimed that injuries she sustained following the fatal crowd surge during Scott’s performance at the event caused her to suffer a miscarriage.

Williamson and her partner, with the help of their legal support team, have alleged that Travis Scott and Live Nation’s “failure to plan, design, manage, operate, staff, and supervise the event was a direct and proximate cause of Shanazia’s injuries and death of her and [her partner’s] unborn child.”

Scott just made his return to the stage at the beginning of May in addition to being announced as a performer at this year’s Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada, on May 15.
