According to recent reports, Tool drummer Danny Carey has been arrested for assault after an altercation that took place at the Kansas City airport.
There was, reportedly, a quarrel between Carey and another man, which led to Carey’s arrest for a misdemeanor assault. Not many details have been specified, but the report has been sent to prosecutors to determine exact charges. The rocker has been released on bond.
Carey was in Kansas at the University of Kansas vs. the University of Missouri men’s basketball game, in which he performed the Jimi Hendrix song “Fire” on drums along with the Kansas band.
