The country icon’s latest success comes through his collaboration with Post Malone on the track “Wrong Ones,” featured on Malone’s debut country album F-1 Trillion. While the song hasn’t been released as a single, the album’s popularity has propelled “Wrong Ones” to become a hit.
“Wrong Ones” marks McGraw’s return to multiple Billboard charts and helps him debut on the Streaming Songs list at No. 20—a feat he’s never accomplished before. Though McGraw has appeared on the Country Streaming Songs chart in the past, this is his first time breaking into the broader Streaming Songs tally, reflecting the song’s wide-reaching appeal.
In addition to the Streaming Songs chart, “Wrong Ones” makes its debut on several other Billboard rankings this week, including No. 9 on Country Streaming Songs, No. 11 on Hot Country Songs, and No. 23 on the Hot 100.
Meanwhile, Post Malone dominates U.S. charts with F-1 Trillion and its tracks. The rapper-singer claims 19 spots on the Hot 100, with most of the entries coming from his latest album, which also tops the Billboard 200 and Top Album Sales charts.
