On Thursday Night Football, the Minnesota Vikings inched their way to the playoffs, as they defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers, 36-28. At one point in the game, the Vikings led 29-0, but the Steelers became a case threat by scoring 21 points in the fourth quarter.
Dalvin Cook led the way for the Vikings, as he rushed for 205 yards and two touchdowns. Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson helped secure the win, as well, by catching seven passes for 79 yards and a touchdown.
The Vikings now sit at 6-7, as they are now just outside of the last Wild Card spot. They will now travel to Chicago to face the Bears next Monday, on December 20th.
