Three MLB Teams to Look Out for in 2018

The MLB season is almost upon us, and we’re getting quite excited over here! Teams have done their best to get better over the offseason and we’re here today to recognize three teams that are going to be a force in 2018 that you may not have thought about.

The San Francisco Giants have made major moves bringing in Evan Longoria and Andrew McCutchen among a few others. Their projected win total sits int he low 80s, but with those two big bats added to the lineup we think they could win nearly 90.

The Milwaukee Brewers added Christian Yelich, a big name outfielder, this offseason and with another year of their young studs in the majors under their belt we think they could do damage this season. Vegas has them at around 85 wins and we think that’s a fairly accurate number for them. If a few things go their way they could see themselves as a wildcard team come playoff time.

The Phillies think they’re ready to win the NL East based on the moves they made this offseason bringing in Jake Arrieta and Carlos Santana among others. With the Marlins and Braves being low 70 win type teams, there are a lot of wins to be had in the division. They likely won’t compete with the Nationals for the NL East crown but could certainly earn a wildcard spot if you ask us.
