This NFL weekend is over but there is one game left to go in the week. The Vikings face off against the Bears tonight in what will surely be an interesting game. Rookie quarterback Mitchell Trubisky will be starting for the Bears, his first ever in the NFL. What happened on Sunday though? Let’s take a look…
Odell Beckham Jr. had a great game against the Chargers Sunday but unfortunately now has a serious injury that may lead him to be out for the season. The Giants remain without a win, losing to the now 1-4 Chargers yesterday.
Cam Newton had another big game, throwing three touchdown passes against the now 3-2 Detroit Loins. That Panthers’ offense was unstoppable in the middle of the game providing a big enough lead for their defense in the fourth quarter.
In the Sunday night primetime game, the Chiefs took on the Texans on the road and left Houston victorious. Star Texans defensive end, J.J. Watt, would leave the game with a lower leg injury that will keep him out the rest of this season. Deshaun Watson would throw four touchdown passes but it would not be enough as the Chiefs won 42-34.
