The Rolling Stones to Celebrate Gillette Stadium’s 100th Concert Milestone

The Rolling Stones are set to mark a significant milestone at Gillette Stadium on Thursday night, headlining the venue’s 100th concert. The legendary rock band will take the stage at 7:30 p.m., with parking lots opening at 3:30 p.m.

Fans are advised to allow extra travel time due to the concert coinciding with the weekday commute. Access to Route 1 will be restricted to those arriving via I-95, I-495, or Route 140, with additional traffic restrictions on local roads both before and after the concert.

The Rolling Stones hold a special place in Foxboro’s history, having performed the first-ever concert at Gillette Stadium on September 5, 2002. Thursday’s show will be their first return to Foxboro since 2019 and their fourth overall performance at the stadium.

The band’s performance is part of their “Hackney Diamonds Tour,” which kicked off in Houston earlier this year and includes stops in 17 cities across North America.

Gillette Stadium’s 2024 concert series will feature five high-profile acts, including Zach Bryan’s “The Quitting Time Tour” on June 26 and July 17, and performances by Metallica, Pink, and Kenny Chesney in August.

As fans eagerly anticipate the Rolling Stones’ return, Thursday’s concert is set to be a historic celebration of music and milestones at Gillette Stadium.
