Donley Auctions announced a few weeks ago that they will be auctioning off tons of personal items such as tour guitars, gear and concert worn clothing from Janis Joplin, Fleetwood Mac, Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir and the late Jerry Garcia, and more. The auction is scheduled for an online event on September 7th.
This incredible auction is being billed as the “Grateful Dead & Rock & Roll,” and will auction off Jerry Garcia’s death certificate, personal canceled checks signed by Jerry, and his personal Rolodex. You will also have the chance to bid on a rare Fender Squier guitar signed by Weir.
