While performing in Manchester, England Brandon Flowers the leader of the Killers noticed an older crowd surfer had injured his head in the audience. Video of the event has gone viral on social media also shown by Consequence and Stereogum. The audience member was referred to as “Billy” and the audience began chanting his name after Flowers returned to the stage and explained what had happened. When watching the video you can see Flowers states ” Who dropped him? Come on — is he okay? It’s okay — oh, his head’s bleeding a little bit. Let’s just take care of him.” You then see him go down and check on the injured crowd surfer. The Killers were on tour in England with their new album ‘Pressure Machine’, a studio album from 2021.
