The Academy Reveals 276 Films in Contention for 2022 Best Picture Oscar

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has just announced that 276 films are eligible for the best picture honor at the 94th Academy Awards.

Just a few of the films include Being the RicardosBelfastDon’t Look UpEncantoThe Harder They FallHouse of GucciIn the HeightsKing RichardThe Power of the DogPassingSpencerSpider-Man: No Way HomeShang-Chi and The Legend Of The Ten RingsWest Side Story, and more. Among the international titles eligible are TitaneDrive My Car, and The Hand of God.

Nomination voting is set to begin at the end of this month, on January 27th, and it will conclude on February 1st, with official nomination announcements occurring a week later on February 8th.

The 94th Oscars are slated to air on ABC on March 27th, led by a host for the first time since 2018.
