The NBA All-Star Game was one of the best we’ve seen in years last night with defense actually being played for long stretches in the game and combinations of talent we’ve never seen before. When it came down to it, Team LeBron was victorious and their leader, LeBron James, won the MVP! He was one of two players in the game to record a double-double (Karl-Anthony Towns being the other) and led the way with 29 points scored.
LeBron’s team won 148-145 and had to come back to do it. They were down three against Team Stephen going into the fourth quarter. Other big-time performers in this one includes DeMar DeRozan and Damian Lillard scoring 21 points each, Andre Drummond going 7-7 from the field for 14 points and Kyle Lowry recording the most assists with 11.
