Taylor Swift just put out a remixed version of her midnights album opener “Lavender Haze.” The remix is in collaboration with German producer Felix Jaehn, primarily known for his 2014 remix of the Omi track “Cheerleader.”
Swift released an official music video for Lavender Haze just a few weeks back. She both directed and starred in the video along with model and trans activist Laith Ashley. The original track was written by Swift, Jack Antonoff, actress Zoƫ Kravitz, Mark Anthony Spears, Jahaan Akil Sweet & Sam Dew.
Swift said of the music video, “This one really helped me conceptualize the world and mood of Midnights, like a sultry sleepless 70’s fever dream. Hope you like it.”
