SZA’s second album, SOS, remains at number one on Billboard 200 chart for the third consecutive week. SOS reportedly sold 128,000 equivalent units in the U.S. for the week ending in December 29th, 2022. SZA took to Instagram to say, “3 weeks at number one fully minding my business n not giving a f**k. Thank God.”
The gold-certified album is the first R&B album by a female to spend three or more weeks on top of the chart since Beyoncé’s 2013 self-titled album. SOS is also number one on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart for the third consecutive week.
SOS originally debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with 318,000 units sold in its first week alone. The album also produced 404.58 on demand streams, making it the largest streaming week ever for an R&B album.
Just last week, SZA posted on Instagram saying, “Lol instagram randomly deleted my post last week .. but APPARENTLY ITS STILL TRUE THIS WEEK 🥹 number 1 two weeks in a row .. God is incredible. I won’t repeat it all ,but thank you everybody for supporting me and speaking power n love into me. It’s 9:43 in Hawaii . I couldn’t ask for anything more . Life is beautiful and what it should be,”

She will then go on to play in other major cities such as Atlanta, Seattle, Chicago, and Philadelphia, before ending her tour on March 23rd at Kia Forum, in Los Angeles, California.
