Comedy was dominated by The Studio, which won Outstanding Comedy Series, along with other awards including Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy for Seth Rogen.

Meanwhile, Adolescence made waves in the limited or anthology categories—it won Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series, Outstanding Lead Actor in that type for Stephen Graham, and several acting awards including Supporting Actor for Owen Cooper.

Other highlights: Cristin Milioti won Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series for The Penguin. In supporting roles, Katherine LaNasa won Supporting Actress in a Drama for The Pitt, and Hannah Einbinder took Supporting Actress in a Comedy for Hacks.
