Some of the Best Not Included in the Hall’s Festivities

The buzz of course is all about the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame admitting a handful of deserving stars, including Journey, Tupac Shakur, Yes, Pearl Jam, ELO, Joan Baez and a special award for musical excellence to Nile Rogers of Chic.

Still not in the Hall however are The Cars, The Doobie Brothers, Chic, and the Moody Blues. There is another side story that you will find interesting – members of a bands inducted into the Hall that were not included in the induction ceremony. This list will blow you away!

The Beach Boys flew into the Hall in 1988, sans Bruce Johnson! Did you know that Black Sabbath entered the Hall without Ronnie James Dio?

Neither Peter Green nor Bob Welch is in the Hall of Fame as Fleetwood Mac. There would be no Fleetwood Mac if it were not for these two.

Peter Cetera of Chicago refused to join the other members of the band on stage for the induction ceremony.

The Who’s Kenny Jones didn’t get invited to join the Hall, nor did Bruce Kulick, Vinny Vincent, and Eric Carr of Kiss. Finally, Jefferson Airplane original singer Signe Anderson was left off the list.
