Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan and his wife, Chloé Mendel Corgan, are thrilled to announce they’re expecting their third child. The couple, who are already parents to son Augustus, 8, and daughter Philomena, 5, shared the exciting news at the end of August.
“We are beyond excited to share that our family is growing,” Chloé, 31, revealed to media outlets. Billy, 57, added, “We told Augustus and Philomena on Sunday. Augustus was thrilled, while Clementine [Philomena] adorably asked if the baby was already made, shedding a few concerned tears. Now, both kids are excited, and it’s been so special to see them share in our joy.”
The couple, who began dating in 2012 and tied the knot in September 2023 at their Chicago lakeside home, are also co-owners of Madame Zuzu’s, a local tea shop. Chloé is the CEO of the fashion brand House of Gilles, while Billy is currently touring with Green Day, the Linda Lindas, and Rancid on the “Saviors Tour.”
The Pumpkins recently dropped their 13th studio album, Aghori Mhori Mei, which has topped Billboard’s new music poll. This follows last year’s epic 33-song rock opera, ATUM.
