SKIMS transforms Kim Kardashian into a Pinup for the Holidays

Not long after SKIMS debuted its sparkling new Swarovski x SKIMS collaboration, the solutions-oriented shapewear brand unveiled another striking holiday campaign, this time lensed by renowned photographer Nadia Lee Cohen and starring none other than founder Kim Kardashian.

As Hypebae reports, it’s not the first time the founder has teamed up with Cohen, as Kardashian recently graced the cover of CR Fashion Book through the photographer’s distinctive lens, debuting a buzzcut-style hairdo which rendered her virtually unrecognizable, showing Kim’s willingness to be daring with changing her typical look.

The SKIMS holiday campaign draws inspiration from the iconic magazine covers of the 1960s, paying homage to the timeless allure of that era. Through Cohen’s lens, Kim Kardashian is transformed into a contemporary pin-up, exuding elegance and sophistication. The campaign seamlessly blends the nostalgia of vintage fashion with the brand’s signature modern aesthetic, creating a captivating visual narrative.

The collection features an array of festive pieces, including silky boxers, cozy fluffy crop top sets, and elegant all-in-ones. Complementing these ensembles are whimsical props like snow boots, skis, and a charming miniature car, adding a playful yet sophisticated touch to the campaign.
