Sam Smith has announced to fans that they will be making a highly-anticipated return to making music.
The artist took to Twitter to reveal that “Love Me More,” a brand new song, will be released on April 28th at 11 pm BST/3 pm PDT.
Last month, Smith was in the studio reportedly working on an upcoming album.
A source close to the singer said, “Sam is back in the studio and is really enjoying the creative process again. Being in lockdown provided the time and space to try out new sounds and it will probably surprise fans.”
The source also noted that Smith has been recording in Los Angeles and that the “plan is for the album to come out this year.”
