Saint Laurent Productions is the first Fashion Designer to produce a Golden Globe winner for “Emilia Perez”

On Sunday night, Saint Laurent Productions walked away with four Golden Globe awards for “Emilia Perez.” The production studio received the awards for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, Best Non-English Language Motion Picture, Best Original Song and Best Supporting Female Actor, awarded to Zoe Saldaña.

This achievement also marks a major milestone for Saint Laurent’s creative director Anthony Vaccarello. As the fashion label’s Instagram account states, “Saint Laurent is proud to celebrate the 4 golden globes awarded to Emilia Pérez, a film by French director Jacques Audiard and co-produced by Saint Laurent Productions and Anthony Vaccarello. This achievement marks the first time a designer co-produced a golden globe-winning film, confirming its dedication to creativity and cinema.”

It was a great night all around for Saint Laurent, who also dressed (via talented stylist Petra Flannery) Globe-winner Zoe Saldaña head-to-toe in Hollywood glam for the event. As WWD stated, “Saldaña’s dazzling Saint Laurent strapless black gown featured a plunging neckline and slim-fitting silhouette with all-over sequins. A touch of drama was added to the dress thanks to a high slit at the front of the skirt.”

“Along with the shimmering dress, Saldaña’s look featured an equally dramatic cape element. Saint Laurent’s designs for Saldaña’s Golden Globes attire extended beyond her gown. The actress and 2025 Golden Globe nominee also wore shoes by the designer and accessorized with glittering jewelry pieces — including a statement necklace — by Cartier.” Cosmopolitan had one word too describe Saldana’s look: Stunnnnnning!

Emilia Pérez can be seen streaming now on Netflix.
