Roots Picnic 2023 Official Lineup Has Been Announced

The annual Roots Picnic is returning to the Mann at Fairmount Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on June 3rd and 4th. Live Nation Urban and the Roots revealed that the lineup will feature headliners Ms. Lauryn Hill and Sean “Diddy” Combs, rapper Lil Uzi Vert and comedian Dave Chappelle.

Ms. Lauryn Hill will be performing a special 25th anniversary set of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, playing the entirety of the album. While Diddy will be hitting the stage for the first time, with The Roots joining him.

Other performers listed for the event include Lucky Daye, Ari Lennox, Syd, dvsn, Kindred the Family Soul, Adam Blackstone and Mary Mary with special guest Coco Jones, Soulquarians Icons Set featuring Isley Brothers and Roy Ayers, and more.

While Chappelle is kicking off the weekend with a stand up performance at Wells Fargo Center on June 2nd with The Roots to get things started.
