Rockers at the Brit Awards

The 2017 Brit Awards announced their nominees for their prestigious award show this weekend and it’s jam packed with stars. Among those stars are many rockers we know and love. This year’s award show is going down at the O2 Arena in London on February 22.

Among the rockers nominated for this award show are David Bowie, The 1975, Radiohead, Kings of Leon, Bastille, Coldplay and Twenty One Pilots.

For British Group, Radiohead, Bastille and The 1975 will be going up against each other and two others. For British Single, “Hymn for the Weeknd” by Coldplay will be going up against nine other big hits.

Kings of Leon and Twenty One Pilots will be battling it out against A Tribe Called Quest, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds and Drake & Future for International Group. Albums from David Bowie and The 1975 are competing for the Mastercard British Album of the Year. Finally, Coldplay’s “Hymn for the Weekend” is also up for British Artist Video.
