British pop star Rita Ora will host the 2024 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) at Manchester’s Co-op Live on November 10, becoming the first three-time host in the show’s history. Ora, who previously hosted solo in 2017 and co-hosted with Taika Waititi in 2022, shared her excitement, saying, “The EMAs stage has become like another home for me, and this year’s show in Manchester is going to be absolutely incredible!”
Star-Studded Performances and Presenters
The EMAs will feature performances by Shawn Mendes, RAYE, Benson Boone, Teddy Swims, and the Mexican sister trio, The Warning. Presenters include Bush’s Gavin Rossdale and actors Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Lucien Laviscount.
Leading Nominees and Voting Details
Taylor Swift tops the nominations with seven nods, including best artist and best video. Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, and Sabrina Carpenter follow with five each, while Kendrick Lamar earned four nominations as the only male artist among the top nominees. Fans can vote on the EMAs website until November 6, 00:00 CET.

The EMAs will broadcast live on November 10 at 9 p.m. GMT on MTV UK, Channel 5, and Pluto TV, and will be available on Paramount+ starting November 12. This marks the EMAs’ eighth U.K. show, following last year’s cancellation in Paris due to the Israel-Hamas conflict.
