According to regionalmedianews.com, Rise Against frontman Tim Mcilrath and Bad Religion guitarist Brian Baker are both guests on a new track titled, “The Fight of Our Lives” from the punk band Anti-Flag. Anti-Flag stated, “To us, this song is a unique demonstration of the power of community, Bringing in Tim and Brian was just to drive the nail home that this s*** takes all of us. We are truly in the fight of our lives, It’s a time to stand up and be counted. We are at a historic tipping point in human civilization where we can swing towards peace, empathy, optimism, justice, and human rights for all, or we can swing towards more of this ominous rising tide which has already brought so much inequality, pain and death.” The track is now available on all digital outlets as well as on YouTube alongside a video that features protest footage on Anti-Flag’s YouTube page. The track will also be available on Anti-Flag’s upcoming album, Lies They Tell Our Children, that is set for release on January sixth of 2023.
