Chicago punk stalwarts Rise Against are gearing up for a powerful return with their tenth studio album, Ricochet, arriving August 15, 2025. Produced by the acclaimed Catherine Marks, the album marks a creative evolution for the band, blending their signature fervor with a reinvigorated sound palette.
Frontman Tim McIlrath frames Ricochet as a commentary on modern connectivity—the idea that every move triggers a backlash, intentionally or not. “Everything you do is going to affect somebody… It’s all one big ricochet effect,” he says, pointing to the album’s thematic core.
Rise Against has already unveiled three singles anchoring this vision: “Nod” (Jan 24), “Prizefighter” (Apr 3), and the title track “I Want It All” (May 28).
As they prepare to launch this next chapter, the band remains a vital force—melding melodic hardcore with unwavering engagement in social consciousness.
