According to CMT.com, the Country Music Hall of Famer will star in a new Lifetime movie titled “The Hammer” along with her boyfriend Rex Linn and her friend from the “Reba” show Melissa Peterman. She will also be an executive producer for the show, inspired by a circuit judge, Kim Wanker. The movie focuses on Reba’s character an attorney appointed judge of the fifth District of Nevada, and one of the few traveling judges left. The Hammer isn’t the only show with Reba, as it was also announced that she would be on the ABC series titled, “Big Sky” back in May. Big Sky is based on C.J. Box’s books based on a private detective Cassie Dewell (Kylie Bunbury) and her former partner, Jenny Hoyt (Katheryn Winnick). Reba will be playing the role of Sunny Brick, the head of the Brick family in the show.
