R&B supergroup, RSVP, made up of Ray J, Sammie, Bobby V and Pleasure P, has released their first single, “Money Everywhere.” The guys sing about role-play in the bedroom with their partners in a production by Kenny Kornegay and Marco Mcgriff. Money Everywhere is the lead single from RSVP’s upcoming album, and a video is expected to appear at a later date.
In a now deleted Instagram post Ray J posted, “It’s really official @officialrsvp God is sooo good!! me @bobbyvshow @sammiealways @pleasurep @bobbyvshow came together and actually worked through our issues and even tho we always arguing with each other we became friends and now we are so honest and real with each other it’s magical, We invested in the project ourselves we no label support yet [because] we believe in us and all the other underdogs who won’t give up until we win!!”
As for Ray J’s own work he released a confessional track titled “Hurt You” in 2020. The track is expected to appear on his upcoming album, Raydiation X, that was initially set for release in the fall of 2020, however, a new release date has not yet been revealed. He also appears on Marques Houston’s EP, ME: Dark Water, which released in November.
Ray J will also return for season two of BET’s College Hill: Celebrity Edition. He will be th eonly cast member from season one to return to season two. Ray J will be joined by Amber Rose, Joseline hernandez, Tiffany “New York” Pollard, parker McKenna Posey, Iman Shumpert, Kwaylon “BlameItOnKway” Rogers, and O’Ryan Browner. Season two of the show will take place at Alabama State university, a historically Black university in Montgomery.
