Priscilla Presley is wading into another legal storm—with her former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, now suing her for a staggering $50 million. In a lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, they accuse the 80-year-old actress and businesswoman of fraud and breach of contract, alleging she hid a 2005 licensing deal granting rights to her name and likeness while benefiting from their efforts to revitalize her brand.
The suit also levels an emotionally charged allegation: that Priscilla influenced the medical care of her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, during her final hours in January 2023, purportedly to regain control over her estate and Graceland. The plaintiffs claim she disregarded Lisa Marie’s wish to prolong life support—an accusation that adds a serious moral dimension to the courtroom drama.
Her attorney, Marty Singer, fired back immediately, calling the accusations “false, outrageous, and retaliatory,” and decrying them as a calculated attack aimed at defaming a grieving mother. He pledged a swift dismissal of the case.
The suit deepens a long-running and bitter legal feud that has shadowed the Presley family for years. As Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s daughter, currently holds control of the estate, the courtroom is set to become the latest battleground in a saga that intertwines legacy, grief, and legal wrangling.
