We are all still dazed from the premature death of Prince, found dead in his elevator on the grounds of his Minneapolis estate. Rumors as to how he lived, the money he left behind with no will, or the acts of charity he authored while he was alive continue to come to light.
We have now learned that his two ex-wives Manuela and Mayte held a private memorial in Los Angeles last week, making it the first time either women were seen in public together. Herbie Hancock, Tavis Smiley and Spike Lee were also in attendance.
The latest Price news reveals that his doctor Dr. Michael Schulenberg was prescribing a powerful painkiller to the singer. It is very likely that as the story continues to unfold, we will hear about addiction, opiates, painkillers, and a pattern of behavior that either caused or hastened the singer’s death. Prince died at the age of 57.
