Previewing the NFL Weekend

The 2017-2018 NFL season has three games left with just the conference championships and NFL championship game remaining. It’s been an exciting season that has left us with four really interesting teams having a chance to win it all. Who would have guessed that Jacksonville, Minnesota, or Philadelphia would make it this far?! The Patriots are led by Tom Brady, so of course, they’re no surprise to be here but with the other three quarterbacks leading their time, they’re all major surprises.

Defense is the name of the game in the Minnesota/Philadephia game Sunday night. At 6:40pm this one begins and we should expect a whole lot of pressure on the quarterback, short runs, and incomplete passes. The total for this one is only 38.5! The Vikings are the favorites in this one even though they’re on the road. Philadelphia has embraced that they’re underdogs and have asked their fans to wear dog masks during the game!

The first game of the day though is the Jacksonville and New England matchup. Led by Tom Brady, the Patriots are 9-point favorites in a game that should be higher scoring than the nightcap. Blake Bortles hasn’t been stellar in the playoffs but he’s done enough to help his Jaguars make it this far. Leonard Fournette has really been the star of that show, scoring three times last week.
