The following Paul Anka fun facts will surprise you – he’s Canadian, wrote the theme show for the Johnny Carson TV show (earning him millions in license royalties), had a number one song with “Diana” at the age of 14. Paul also wrote the Buddy Holly song “It Doesn’t Matter Anymore” a few months before Buddy recorded it and died in that fatal plane crash.
