Panthers and Broncos Move On

In what was a pretty limited exciting day, Sunday we saw the final two games before the big game in two weeks. The Broncos and Patriots battled it out in the early game while the Cardinals and Panthers played the final game of the night.

The Broncos took home the win in large part because of their defense. They limited Tom Brady to just one touchdown pass in the game and forced multiple turnovers. It was these turnovers and the lack of them from Manning and the Broncos offense that propelled them to victory.

In the night game, the Panthers jumped out to an early 17-0 lead and never looked back. The Cardinals showed like at a few different times in the game, but it was the turnover prone Cardinals and Carson Palmer that negated any chance they had of coming back and winning the game.

These two teams will face off two Sundays from now in the biggest game of the year with an even better halftime show performance from Coldplay and Beyoncé.
