Our First Crack at an NFL Mock Draft

The NFL Draft is later this month, which means we need to get to work on our mock drafts! This is a wonderful time for fans of the NFL, as these young players are going to be the guys we talk about for years to come, we hope. Let’s take a look at the top five picks of the draft and who we think will go where…

The first pick goes to the Tennessee Titans and it’s not a hard pick to select. The Titans just used their last first round pick on a quarterback, so they’ll need someone to protect him. Insert Laremy Tunsil, LT, Ole Miss.

The Browns are the Browns, so of course they’ll sign RG3 and draft a quarterback with the second overall pick. We have them taking Carson Wentz, QB, of the North Dakota State Bison.

San Diego needs help everywhere, so they need to take the best all around player on the board. We think they’ll take Jalen Ramsey from Florida State. He can play cornerback or safety. He’s that good.

The Dallas Cowboys always seem to screw up people’s mock drafts with their flashy choices and this year we think they make another one. Give them Ezekiel Elliot, the running back from Ohio State. He’ll be a star behind that offensive line.

The Jacksonville Jaguars consistently have top five picks and they round out the top five in 2016. We think they’ll take Myles Jack from UCLA. He played running back and linebacker in his career as a Bruin, but he’ll be a star linebacker from day one in the NFL we think.
