Earlier in the week actress Jennifer Garner got her Hollywood Walk of fame Star, and now it’s “Weird Al” Yankovic’s turn to shine in Hollywood. Weid AL has spent a lifetime making fun of contemporary singers and band, hitting the charts with songs like “Like a Surgeon,” “Amish Paradise,” “White & Nerdy” “Eat It,” and “Word Crimes.” Now this king of parody is about earn his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony will be held August 27th, and the star will rest in eternity at 6914 Hollywood Boulevard, not far from the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood.
Al Yankovic has released 14 studio albums, hitting the charts multiple times with his songs that parody contemporary artists. Believe it or not, he’s wearned four Grammy awards over the years, more than most pompous stars that make fun of him.
