Nothing Bundt Cakes – recently voted “America’s Favorite Food” for the second year in a row – is bringing back its best flavor of all time: Lemon Raspberry.
As Delish reports, it’s one of the chain’s most beloved seasonal flavors: the cake combines a lemon base with raspberry puree and is finished with Nothing Bundt Cakes’ signature cream cheese frosting. The tangy-sweet Bundt returns in all sizes from July 20 through August 30.
But Lemon Raspberry isn’t the only treat hitting bakery cases this summer.
The limited-edition S’mores Made With Hershey’s Bundt is out now, featuring a chocolate cake baked with Hershey’s milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows and topped with a butter graham streusel.
Nothing Bundt Cakes is also debuting a Peach Cobbler Pop-Up Bundt cake. The new drop features a peaches-and-cream cake filled with cinnamon peaches, topped with signature cream cheese frosting and a brown sugar butter crumble.
These featured flavors are part of the bakery’s packed summer menu, which includes both full-size seasonal cakes and smaller “Bundtlets” available for limited runs throughout the season:

- Peach Cobbler Pop-Up (June 8–21)
- Cinnamon Roll Pop-Up Bundtlet (July 6–19)
- Lemon Raspberry returning in all sizes (July 20–August 30)
- Turtle Cheesecake Swirl Pop-Up Bundtlet (July 27–August 9)
If Lemon Raspberry is the one you’ve been waiting for, you’ll want to mark July 20 on your calendar—the fan-favorite won’t stick around for long.
