NBA Teams Break a Sweat Reaching for the Top

As the NBA playoffs get closer, multiple teams look to secure a top seed for their postseason journey.

The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 149-139. Center Karl-Anthony Towns scored 60 points for the Timberwolves as they sit now at 40-30 in the West.

The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Los Angeles Clippers, 120-111 in overtime. Evan Mobley led the Cavaliers with 30 points in their winning effort.

The Golden State Warriors continued their dominant season with a 126-112 victory over the Washington Wizards. The Warriors are currently fighting for the number 2 seed in the West as they claim an important victory last night.

Finally, the Sacramento Kings shockingly upset the Chicago Bulls with a 112-103 victory. While the Kings are out of the playoffs, this loss affects the Bulls who are looking to maintain a high seed in the East for the playoffs.
