Movies Opening This Weekend – May 13th – 2016 [videos]

Hollywood brings a few foreign films to light this weekend, while the American stars shine in classic fare. Director Jodie Foster molds George Clooney and Julia Roberts in a film that will have you at the edge of your seat in ‘Money Monster.’ If you’re a fan of the British romance novels, then Kate Beckinsale in ‘Love & Friendship’ will warm your heart.

Finally, Colin Farrell, Rachel Weis, Jing Wu, and Kevin Bacon star in various films that will remind you why they are stars, and why you and I pay to see them act. Romance, horror, comedy and more await your attendance at your neighborhood theaters this weekend.

Last Days in the Desert (2015)

‘Love and Friendship’ has a great deal of Oscar buzz associated with it, as this British comedic/romantic film deals with in the in-laws and wealth in a way we’ve not seen before. Warning: you have to be a fan of Downton Abbey or the English faire to really enjoy this film. [watch trailer]

The Lobster (2015)
