Movies Opening This Weekend – April 13th, [videos]

There’s a wonderful assortment of films this weekend for the whole family to enjoy. In the remake of the movie ‘Overboard’ from the 80s starring Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, you’ll understand why this script was adapted to modern times, while a film based on the difficult relationship between tennis greats Björn Borg and John McEnroe pulls back the curtain on the real details. In a real-life drama, the film ’20 Weeks’ poses the difficult decision a couple must make after learning through the eyes of a 20-week ultrasound that their unborn child is in trouble; what will they do?

Our pick of the week is a film called ‘Beirut’ starring Mad Man’s John Hamm and Rosamund Pike in a modern day middle-east terrorist plot. The main character leaves Beirut but must return 10 years later to help rescue a dear friend left behind.
