Movies and the Music We Love

Movies and songs go so well together. From the beginning of both we have been able to put them together and create great combinations. Here are more songs that were used in the movies.

“Vision Quest” is the perfect 80s movie that brought the talent of Madonna (Crazy For You), “Only the Young” from Journey, “Time for Me to Fly” by REO Speedwagon, and “Harden My Heart” from Quarterflash. Lots of hits and lots of great movie memories.

“The Karate Kid II” brought us the Peter Cetera theme song “The Glory Of Love” and we still hear the tune today.

“Staying Alive” by the Bee Gees has been a hit for obviously “Saturday Night Fever,” but it’s also been in ‘Grumpy Old Men,” “A Night at the Roxbury,” and the Disney movie “Madagascar.”

The late Whitney Houston and actor Kevin Costner brought The Bodyguard to multiple awards, and featured Whitney’s “I Will Always Love You” written by Dolly Parton, “I’m Every Woman”, and “Queen of the Night.”
