Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem Tops Billboard 200 for 7th Week, Edging Out Lorde’s Virgin

Morgan Wallen continues his chart domination as I’m the Problem holds strong at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a seventh consecutive week. The country star’s latest project earned 173,000 equivalent album units for the week ending July 3, making it the most successful album in its seventh week since Adele’s 25 nearly a decade ago.

Of those units, a staggering 164,000 came from streaming, equating to over 215 million on-demand official streams—securing Wallen another week atop the Top Streaming Albums chart. Despite a slight dip of 3% from the previous week, I’m the Problem shows no signs of slowing down.

Lorde’s long-awaited album Virgin made an impressive debut at No. 2 with 71,000 equivalent units. Vinyl sales played a big role in her success, contributing 31,000 units—the highest weekly vinyl total of her career. Virgin also claimed the top spot on the Top Album Sales chart.

Rounding out the top 10 are rising acts like KATSEYE and Playboi Carti, whose MUSIC soared back into the top 10 following its vinyl release.

As summer heats up, Wallen’s reign shows no signs of cooling off—I’m the Problem is clearly still the soundtrack for 2025.
